  • What services do you offer for people relocating to Portugal?
    Click here to find a list of our services and prices. We do offer much more so if you don't see something you want (or are unsure about) just message us as we've probably done it before!
  • Do you offer ongoing support after the relocation process is complete?
    Yes, in addition to our listed services we do all sorts of property management, real estate and consulting. If you don't see something or have any questions at all please reach out to us, we're happy to help.
  • Are there any discounts or promotions available for your services?
    We do offer discounts and assistance for certain groups of people (for example, Ukraine nationals and multi-person families). Please contact us for more information on current promotions or discounts.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    You can pay with credit card, bank transfer or cash. For bank transfers, monies must be received before services can be provided.
  • Are there any hidden fees associated with your services?
    No, there are no hidden fees for our services, and we do even include most government application fees and VAT/sales tax within our prices (unlike our competitors). If there are any unforeseen costs due to a particular situation, we'll do our best to let you know in advance.
  • How do I check the status of my payment?
    Once we have received your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email. If you have any doubts about the status of your payment, please reach out to us via the contact form on our website.
  • Do you have a refund policy?
    We want everyone to be super excited about their experience with us. If for some reason you aren't satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of the service being provided and we'll work with you to find a solution. Please understand that once certain applications or paperwork are filed we may not be able to issue any monetary refunds. If you have any questions at all please reach out to us, we're happy to help.
  • Can I pay for your services using a different currency?
    Our payment provider should allow you to pay in your native currency in most cases. Official prices are based in Euros as the primary currency of Portugal and the European Union. If you have a special request, such as payment in crypto-currencies, please contact us so everything can be arranged in advance.
  • How do I request an invoice for your services?
    Simply contact us requesting an invoice specifying: contact information, invoicing details and services you wish to be included on the invoice. We'll work with you to get what you need straightaway.
